Pat Brady

Superintendent

Introducing Pat Brady, the hands-on and seasoned superintendent at the helm of Ritchey Construction. With a wealth of experience in residential construction, Pat is the driving force behind the successful execution of our projects, ensuring a seamless blend of leadership and applied craftsmanship. Pat has been with Ritchey Construction since 1996.

Pat’s journey in construction has been marked by a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. As the superintendent, he leads from the front, overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects. His expertise lies not only in the management of teams but also in the physical execution of the work itself.

What sets Pat apart is his dedication to being directly involved in the construction process. Beyond the responsibilities of leadership, he rolls up his sleeves and actively participates in the physical work on-site. This unique hands-on approach ensures that every project benefits from his wealth of experience and meticulous attention to detail.

Jackie Jones

Office Manager

Meet Jackie Jones, the indispensable backbone of Ritchey Construction, serving as the secretary and office manager. With her keen organizational skills and dedication to excellence, Jackie is an integral part of every facet of our residential construction projects.

Since joining Ritchey Construction in 2005, Jackie has played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office. Her responsibilities extend across the spectrum of project management, from developing detailed proposals to confirming selections with clients, and handling billing with meticulous attention to detail.
